How Service Excellence Academy handles Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Service Excellence Academy (SEA) website and the information and services presented on it.

By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Separate written admission, enrolment, fee, or programme terms may apply to particular courses or services.

2. Website Information

The website provides information about SEA, its training activities, programmes, admissions, skills development, and related services.

Programme information is subject to availability and confirmation. Website content does not by itself guarantee that a course is open for admission, that a place is available, or that a qualification has been accredited or recognised by an external authority.

3. Applications and Admissions

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information and supply supporting documents where reasonably required.

An enquiry or application does not constitute an offer of admission. Admission is confirmed only through SEA’s authorised admission process and written confirmation.

Programme availability, eligibility, duration, delivery method, campus, fees, and completion requirements may vary by course and intake.

SEA may decline or defer an application where the applicant does not meet published eligibility requirements, the information supplied is materially inaccurate, the programme is unavailable, or another legitimate reason applies. Decisions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Qualifications and Certificates

SEA will describe its programmes, certificates, affiliations, and recognition status accurately.

A certificate issued by SEA must not be represented as a degree, government qualification, HEC-recognised qualification, or qualification issued by Lahore Leads University unless the relevant authority and approval genuinely exist and cover that specific programme.

Any accreditation, affiliation, recognition, or awarding arrangement will be represented only to the extent supported by valid documentation.

Participants must satisfy the applicable attendance, assessment, practical-work, conduct, and completion requirements before a certificate is issued.

Delivery at a university location or collaboration with an institution does not automatically establish that a programme is accredited or that its certificate is recognised by HEC or another authority.

5. Fees and Payments

The applicable course fee, registration charges, materials charges, instalment schedule, and other compulsory amounts must be communicated before enrolment or payment.

Learners should obtain written fee confirmation and retain their payment receipts.

Payments must be made through channels officially designated by SEA. An appropriate receipt or payment confirmation will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements and SEA’s administrative procedures.

No undisclosed compulsory charge should be imposed contrary to the agreed fee terms or applicable law.

Where online payments are offered, the payment instructions and any relevant third-party payment-provider terms will apply. Online payment functionality will be available only when officially activated.

6. Attendance and Assessment

Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete required practical work and assessments, and follow programme instructions.

Any minimum attendance threshold, assessment method, missed-session rule, or rescheduling condition must be communicated before enrolment.

Learners may raise concerns or request consideration of exceptional circumstances through SEA’s contact channels.

7. Conduct and Safety

Learners, visitors, trainers, and other participants must behave respectfully and safely.

Harassment, bullying, threats, violence, fraud, cheating, plagiarism, unauthorised disclosure of confidential information, deliberate damage to property, and unsafe conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action.

Participants must follow safety, hygiene, equipment-use, food-handling, and workplace instructions during practical training. Any required clothing or protective equipment must be communicated before the relevant activity.

Disciplinary decisions should follow the applicable programme rules and a fair process appropriate to the circumstances.

8. Employment and Placement Support

SEA may provide career guidance, employer introductions, or placement support where these services are offered.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, SEA does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, selection by a specific employer, or continued employment for a specified period.

Recruitment decisions, employment contracts, salary arrangements, and working conditions are determined by the relevant employer and applicant, subject to applicable law.

Any published employment or placement statistics must be accurate and supported by appropriate records.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SEA website text, logos, graphics, course materials, photographs, videos, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property laws or contractual rights.

Visitors may use the website for lawful personal information and application purposes. Protected content must not be copied, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.

The rights of Lahore Leads University, training partners, employers, photographers, and other third parties remain with their respective owners.

10. Website Availability and Accuracy

SEA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and accurate. However, programme details may change and technical interruptions may occur.

SEA may correct errors, update information, change website features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

Nothing in this section excludes any legal obligation to provide accurate material information or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, payment providers, or partner organisations.

SEA does not control every aspect of those third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply.

A link or reference does not, by itself, establish accreditation, endorsement, employment, or a contractual partnership.

12. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints should first be submitted to SEA through the contact details below. SEA will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period.

Where appropriate, the parties may seek an agreed resolution or use a competent regulatory, consumer-protection, mediation, or judicial forum.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right or prevents a person from approaching a competent authority.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and, where relevant, the laws applicable in Punjab.

Disputes will be handled by a competent forum in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory statutory rights or jurisdictional requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

SEA may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its services, systems, or legal obligations. The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.
